Position Overview

The Account Executive, Growth Sales is responsible for driving growth within existing customer accounts through renewals, expansions, and strengthening strategic partnerships.

This role focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value by identifying opportunities to extend EWN’s footprint, leading executive-level negotiations, and ensuring seamless renewals. The Account Executive, Growth Sales operates with high autonomy, collaborates cross-functionally, and helps shape growth strategy across key customer segments.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients, identifying long-term growth opportunities.
  • Lead complex renewal and expansion negotiations with executive and multi-stakeholder teams.
  • Partner with internal groups (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to shape account strategy and influence solution design.
  • Forecast and manage a robust, high-value pipeline with accuracy and accountability.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior Account Executives, sharing best practices and supporting sales process improvements.
  • Represent EWN at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and value delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4–7 years in SaaS account management or growth sales).
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce.com or similar).
  • Demonstrated success in SaaS growth, renewals, and expansion within enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of growth or enterprise account management experience with measurable success in expansion KPIs and quota attainment.
  • Experience in oil, gas, or energy industries.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales strategy, solution selling, and enterprise growth frameworks.
  • Advanced negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Proven ability to coach or mentor sales peers.
