Job Title: Claims Administration Specialist

Location: Remote – Open to candidates in South Africa or the Philippines

Schedule: Full-time, with required 7:00 am UK start (flexible)

Compensation: $1200 - $1500 per month ( Commensurate with experience )

Business Units Supported: Revival (Pulse) and Admiral

About the Role:
We are seeking a process-driven and detail-focused Claims Administration Specialist to take full ownership of day-to-day claims workflows. This role is critical to maintaining contract requirements with Admiral and ensuring smooth field operations across both business units. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, to maintain accurate systems, support technicians, and ensure all claims progress on time and according to specification. The role requires someone who can "hit the ground running" and get up to speed quickly

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process insurance claims through the Symbility software system according to Remora’s client Admiral’s specific requirements.
     

  • Update RotaVille schedules to ensure field technicians always have correct assignment details.
     

  • Enter purchase invoices into Symbility, applying a 7.5% markup, and ensure all pricing steps are completed.
     

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, handling inbound calls and emails as needed using a UK number.
     

  • Monitor claims for accuracy, completeness, and required turnaround times.
     

  • Support early morning operations to ensure technicians have what they need by 7:00 am UK time.
     

  • Communicate with internal teams using WhatsApp and other tools.
     

  • Follow established processes with precision and consistency to avoid errors, delays, or contract violations.
     

  • Identify and resolve issues independently to maintain smooth operations and meet client expectations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within the insurance industry.
     

  • Strong process orientation with excellent attention to detail.
     

  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of workflows.
     

  • Strong familiarity with insurance claims processing software, specifically CoreLogic Symbility.
     

  • Comfortable navigating scheduling systems such as RotaVille.
     

  • Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting/invoicing software is a plus.
     

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
     

  • Critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
     

  • Highly organized with the ability to follow detailed processes and procedures consistently.
     

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
