Job Description

The Client Support Specialist acts as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and excellent service delivery. This role enhances client satisfaction by providing responsive support, tracking client needs, and helping to strengthen long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms


Provide support and updates to clients regarding project status and deliverables


Collaborate closely with internal departments (creative, production, strategy, accounts) to address client needs


Track and monitor client requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution


Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications


Assist with onboarding new clients and support transition to internal teams


Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute ideas for service enhancements


Uphold BMF’s standards of professionalism and client care


Qualifications:


Previous experience in client support, account coordination, or customer service


Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal


Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset


Ability to manage multiple client interactions and priorities with professionalism


Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and communication platforms


Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced creative agency environment
