290: We are looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide after-school support for a fun and engaging young child who loves spending time outside, exploring textures, and playing with light-up toys. She enjoys being held, looking at faces, and benefits from having at least an hour outdoors each day—especially walks and trips to the park.

This energetic little one has a silly, playful personality and a laugh that brings joy to everyone around her. She thrives with positive attention, playful engagement, and a calm, supportive environment.

The ideal provider will be patient, flexible, and attentive, with the ability to respond to her needs in the moment, even when she’s unable to communicate them directly. She is working on developing independence in her communication and mobility, as well as building connections with her peers.
