Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join our ECS plan administration team. ECS delivers tailored solutions for employee incentive structures, including share plans, carried interest, and pension arrangements. You’ll be working on market-leading technology that supports a wide range of incentive plans, and you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality plan administration services to a global client base. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan Administration: Administer a portfolio of share plans and incentive structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. 
  • System Support: Configure and maintain core business systems, supporting the delivery of client services. 
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally. 
  • Record Keeping: Ensure client records are accurately maintained and updated in line with transactions. 
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Team Support: Mentor junior team members, contribute to training, and support wider team initiatives. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless service. 

Your Profile:

  • Experience in system-driven plan administration or system-based service delivery.
  • Background in share plans, trusts, or financial services desirable. 
  • Strong communication and organisational skills. 
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards.
  • Working towards or hold a relevant professional qualification.
