Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, proactive Administrative Assistant who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and efficient. This role supports our sales, logistics, and operations teams and offers clear career advancement opportunities for high performers.
The selected candidate will officially start on January 12th.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage email communication, scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with order tracking, customer follow-ups, and daily coordination
- Maintain digital files, records, and spreadsheets
- Support the sales team with quoting, data entry, and CRM updates
- Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and carriers as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
Qualifications
- Must reside in Tennessee, Texas, Florida, or North Carolina
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
With experience in chemical safety and distribution, we are committed to excellence. By having multiple locations we provide a short lead time with our local inventory. We expertise by industry by having an on-site chemical analyst in order to meet your required specifications as well as having a dedicated team to provide quality, reliability, and the highest degree of customer service.
