As the Sales Technology Administrator at NinjaOne, you’ll be responsible for administering and
optimizing our sales technology systems, ensuring clean data, maintaining reliable integrations,
and creating automations that measurably improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, and
Customer Success. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, excellent
technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the
efficiency of our sales operations.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL - (In the office 3-4 days per week Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday)
Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and tools like
SalesLoft, Chili Piper, LeanData, Workato, LeadIQ, DealHub CPQ, and more
Triage requests from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as
other go-to-market stakeholders, translating business needs into technical
solutions
Familiarity with industry sales tools and automation platforms such as SalesLoft, Chili
Piper, LeanData, Workato, LeadIQ, DealHub CPQ, or similar
