My client is looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and customer service. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, work both independently and collaboratively, and implement the latest technologies for a wide range of clients. Skills & Experience: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Networking skills (Security+, Network+ or equivalent experience)
Advanced Windows 10 desktop expertise
Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud solutions (Office 365, Azure, Azure AD)
Qualification:Relevant IT certifications or equivalent hands-on experience
