DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Adjuster Support to join our team in Onatrio, Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.
The successful candidate will ensure that all daily clerical functions within the branch are carried out. Complete tasks with the objective of maintaining accuracy, organization, and effective time management.
This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.
Salary range for this role is $34,000 to $51,000 annually.

- Typing, transcribing, word processing and spreadhseet updates
- Account administration
- Office liaison for customers, co-workers and professionals
- Office administration
- Genereal clerical duties
Qualifications
- 2 years experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an asset
- Proven organizational skills
- Professional telephone manners
- Good communication skills and correct use of terminology
- Excellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpm
- Advanced computer skills including Office 365 and Windows 10
- Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
- Reliable transportation is required
- Valid driver's license is required
- Regular travel to loss sites is required
