As an Administrative Assistant, you will be able to contribute to the success of our Global Investment Banking team through administrative and operational support, client-relationship management, marketing expertise, and recruitment/talent development knowledge.
You will proactively perform administrative duties to support junior to mid-level bankers including managing banker’s calendars, scheduling meetings/calls, arranging travel, processing expenses, and monitoring phases of deal processes. You will tap into your analytical skills by researching and compiling data and vital communications to complete tasks. A key to your success will be developing and maintain strong relationships. As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Support a team of VPs, Associates and Analysts assisting with project focused tasks
Manage banker calendars through scheduling meetings/conference calls
Assist with on and off-site consultations and gatherings, and managing client interaction
Ensure data integrity with accurate Salesforce data entry and continuous data clean ups
Arrange domestic and international travel, staying current and knowledgeable on all travel policies, procedures, and changes
Prepare, process, and track expense reports, staying current and knowledgeable on all compliance/expense policies
What we need from you:
High school diploma or education equivalent required; 3+ years of proven administrative experience preferably in the financial industry
Experience with Salesforce and Concur is a plus, intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented, problem solver, self-starter
Solid adaptability and team working capability in a fast-paced environment
Learning agility when it comes to adapting to technology
Curiosity and assertiveness will be essential in this role
Ability to maintain professionalism in all aspects of this role
Comfortable working in a hybrid working model (3 days in office/2 days from home)
Compensation Information:
$55,000-$75,000 annual salary*
Bonus potential of up to 8.5% of base salary with upward potential as experience increases with the team
*Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance, and/or office profitability
