SALARY: The salary range for this position is $81,866.60 to $127,586.80 for Schedule A, and $81,866.60 to $121,207.46 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The New Jersey Judiciary, Probation Services Division, Child Support Enforcement Unit, is seeking a highly motivated administrative professional with excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, communication, time management and technical skills. Under the direction of an Administrative Supervisor, or other supervisory personnel, the selected individual will serve as the subject matter expert and lead worker assisting statewide probation staff with complex child support matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess a strong knowledge of the NJKiDS automated system and the ability to run reports and measure performance at the local and state levels. Finally, this individual must be able to use innovative solutions to resolve system and policy issues and can train other Central and local Vicinage staff on those solutions.
Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits. An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
