The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of Community Access, Bureau of Eligibility Determinations, Rent Reimbursement is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant 3 to join our team!
The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for provide quality assurance and technical support to other workers in the assigned unit(s) to ensure mail and documents that are sent from remote workers to unit printers for the Assigned Programs. Responsible for communicating with remote workers to trouble shoot and ensure the correct documents were printed. Responsible for assisting with assignment of program applications. Responsible for reporting data from logs and quality assurance of documents.
Responsible for assigned program email inbox(s). This entails Managing all emails that come into the assigned email box; Acting on non-eligibility changes; Answer general policy questions; Troubleshooting inquiries; Responding to inquiries; Distribute misdirected emails to other HHS Units and other State Agencies; Uploading emails daily into IM and Unit Electronic processing lists. Responsible for tracking, logging, and various monthly reports regarding Customer contacts.
In conjunction with unit leadership/supervisors coordinating office operations. Completing Payroll Reviewer responsibilities for assigned unit(s); and Ordering/maintaining supply and forms inventory. All other administrative duties as assigned.
Remote work allowed with the possibility of in person at the local HHS office as needed.Benefits
