- 1+ year of administrative, project coordination, or documentation experience.
- Strong meeting documentation, note-taking, and executive summary writing skills.
- Experience preparing SOPs, user guides, FAQs, training, and project documentation.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and document management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to organize meetings, track action items, manage document versions, and support project teams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards and accessible document formatting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, or technology projects is a plus.
