Iron Mountain is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator and Graphic Designer to join our Bid Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing persuasive proposal content and coordinating high-quality, compliant tender responses in English to drive business growth.
You will join a global, collaborative team of bid professionals and technical experts dedicated to visualizing value propositions that differentiate Iron Mountain in the market.
In this role, you will:
Design and produce bespoke proposal building blocks, including infographics, illustrations, and templates, to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-focused visual solutions.
Collaborate with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to gather essential information and align on bid strategies, ensuring all visual and written inputs result in a compelling, winning submission.
Coordinate the end-to-end response for formal tenders, ensuring all submissions are accurate, formatted to brand standards, and fully compliant with organizational policies and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of graphic design experience within a professional services organization and 3+ years of experience navigating public and commercial bids in the United Kingdom market.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of design principles like typography and layout.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines while maintaining extreme attention to detail and consistency across complex global projects.
A Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience in a deadline-driven design environment.
