Interact with Business professionals, IT and 3rd party Vendors to provide functional and technical support across multiple applications within Property Operations!
Configure administrative and security settings in support of business-related requests as well as provide tier 3 user support and problem solving while providing the highest quality of customer service and responsiveness. Serve as the Project Manager for small to medium scale Property Operations initiatives. Although high profile, these initiatives are usually short in duration and involve typical project management activities including the coordination of data and activities across various groups in Property Operations and other AIR Community departments.
