Your Mission
As one of VoiceLine's Machine Learning Engineers, you will spearhead the development of AI applications tailored for field sales operations. Your role involves extracting and translating insights from field sales voice recordings into structured data to inform strategic decision making for sales executives. You will be a crucial part of our journey, directly contributing to the way machine learning reshapes the nature of work, especially in the field sales domain.
Your Profile
Key Qualifications:
  • Solid foundation in REST-Api design and websockets
  • Experience in prompt-engineering and tool calling with SOTA LLMs
  • Knowledge in the area of Cloud-LLM-Services
  • Experience with conversational AI or multi-round inference
  • Fluency in English, German is a strong plus
  • Product-oriented mindset: what our product feels like to our users is as important as code quality
Responsibilities
  • Abstract customer requirements into code together with the product team
  • Optimize  LLM inference latency for agentic AI
  • Fine-Tune generation stability and prompt robustness
  • Innovate ideas against hallucinations and non-deterministic LLM behaviour
  • Keep conversational AI on track by managing the LLM’s context and attention in real-time
