  • Competitive Pay: $25–$30/hour ($52,000–$62,400 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + OT when authorized by the Supervisor.
  • Per diem: $55/day + company lodging provided for regional travel.

  • Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)

What You’ll Do

  • Install and replace Commercial HVAC systems with precision and care.
  • Apply your expertise in electrical and mechanical components.
  • Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication.
  • Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively with other professionals.
  • Stay current with evolving HVAC technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years in light Commercial or Commercial HVAC installation and system replacement.
  • Certification: EPA Certification required.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Other Requirements: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background and drug checks.
  • Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem: $55/day, lodging provided)

  • Provided: Service van, iPad, iPhone, PPE
  • Technician Tools: Hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges
