Community Health Resource Administrator (Grade 15, Exempt). Annual salary range: $77,904 - $97,380. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience.Job Description Summary:
The Community Health Resource Administrator is responsible for facilitating a community health advisory council and member networks within the five-county region. This role involves gathering insights and fostering collaboration among local leaders to inform community health planning. Key duties include analyzing feedback to identify funding opportunities, coordinating professional development opportunities, and creating community health-related tools and resources for the region. Additionally, the position oversees community engagement strategies, builds stakeholder relations, and implements strategic plans for professional education.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.
Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support the development of working relationships for projects and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns.
Design community consultation exercises in accordance with defined policies and procedures, and interpret and analyze the results, to help the organization understand community health needs and involve the community voice in decision-making.
Establish links and build relationships with community groups and organizations, and create and coordinate community partnership projects and events, to encourage greater partnership and community interaction with the organization.
Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget, meeting all deadlines and coordinating activities of all other parties involved in the design, development, marketing, and delivery of the events.
Work with internal and external partners to generate new ideas and topics for conferences and events.
Deliver small project workstreams, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.
Develop and improve relationships with Advisory Council, identifying priorities, issues, and strategic challenges and preparing them for discussion.
Ensure funding program compliance with the organization's wider portfolio management decision-making structures and processes as well as statutory guidelines.
Design and implement regional mental health tools and strategies to drive consistent practices.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Location:
This is a remote position, and is subject to Sourcewell's telecommuting policies and procedures.
Applicants should be located near or in the counties we serve (Region 5).
You must be able to commute throughout the region at least 3-4 days a month to make connections and develop relationships within our communities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public health, community health, behavioral sciences, or related field OR a combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to four (4) years.
Three (3) years of related experience; of which the total years of experience include:
Experience with community engagement, strategy development, and resource development
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of mental health and community wellness
Experience with community engagement techniques
General knowledge and ability in working with databases and budgets
