Compliance Administrator

Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing processes to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance across our organization. You will assist with developing and maintaining our comprehensive compliance program, coordinate with regulators to maintain up-to date policies, and craft company compliance documentation and communications. Additionally, you will assist with required training for both agents and head office staff and apply company and state policies to various scenarios.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, implement, and oversee processes designed to mitigate risk.
  • Assist with developing, and implementing, the company's compliance program.
  • Coordinate with regulators to ensure that policies are current and properly maintained.
  • Draft and update company compliance policies and communications.
  • Schedule and assist with preparing mandatory training sessions for agents and head office staff.
  • Investigate and evaluate situations to ensure adherence to both company policies and state regulations.


Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience with Life Insurance products is required. 
  • Experience in a Compliance role at a Carrier or IMO is an asset.
  • Experience with financial regulations, agent/producer licensing, and compliant sales practices is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365 with strong computer skills.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Friendly and effective in delivering challenging information via phone and email.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable, open to constructive criticism, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.
