JOB PURPOSE
Supports the Practice Supports and Resources department (PSR) in the delivery of high-quality resources and programs to support continuing competence and best practices for paralegal and lawyer licensees. Under the direction of the Director, and working closely with Managers on a project-by-project basis, manages administrative tasks and coordinates project activities to develop, maintain, publish and promote resources, programs and outreach initiatives. Serves as a centralized resource for departmental projects and for statistical reporting related to the Practice Management Helpline (PMH), Coach and Advisor Network (CAN) and Program Accreditation.

The Law Society has introduced a Distributed Workforce Model to leverage flexibility and agility, and to maximize employee productivity and engagement. Work arrangements will be determined by role and departmental requirements. The working arrangement for this position has been classified as primarily remote, with a requirement to attend the office on an occasional basis.
