As a Data Support Analyst I, you will provide proactive support to both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of data aggregation systems. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling Tier 2 support requests, interpreting technical responses, and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms. The position offers opportunities to develop technical expertise, strengthen analytical skills, and contribute directly to client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
· Provide Tier 2 support to clients via chat, email, and phone, resolving technical and procedural issues.
· Collaborate with internal support teams on escalated customer and operational issues.
· Stay updated on system releases, new features, and known bugs to provide accurate guidance.
· Make outbound calls to expedite resolution of technical issues.
· Support account aggregation processes and troubleshoot data transfer discrepancies.
· Adhere to team and individual KPIs, contributing to overall operational success.
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred.
· 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience.
· Strong analytical, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills.
· Technical knowledge of aggregation methods (Screen Scraping, APIs, File-Based).
· Understanding of financial account types and ability to interpret HTTP responses (JSON, XML, HTML, etc.).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with MS Office suite.
· Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
· Competitive salary range: $50,000 – $60,000, commensurate with experience.
