About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Design Director to lead our creative department and shape the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints. This is a senior leadership role for a design leader who brings both big-picture strategic thinking and an expert eye for craft — someone who has thrived in the beauty industry and understands the elevated aesthetic standards it demands.


What You'll Do

  • Set the creative vision and design direction for the department, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, product, digital, retail, and packaging
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, art directors, and creative talent — fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
  • Oversee the full creative process from brief through final execution, maintaining quality control at every stage
  • Drive and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring relevance and resonance with target consumers
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and production partners
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Manage departmental budgets, timelines, and resources effectively


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of design experience, with at least 3–5 years in a creative leadership or director-level role
  • Demonstrated experience within the beauty, personal care, or luxury/lifestyle industry — a deep understanding of beauty aesthetics, consumer expectations, and market trends is essential
  • A strong, sophisticated portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign design, and multi-channel creative work
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you can sell a vision as powerfully as you can execute it
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and project management tools a plus
  • A genuine passion for beauty, culture, and design
