In this role, you will lead the creative vision and strategic direction for high-impact, AI-powered design initiatives spanning video generation, experience design, and content systems. You will oversee a team of designers and motion artists, driving innovation in marketing campaigns, internal tools, and brand experiences. Partnering closely with executives, strategists, engineers, and content teams, you will translate bold ideas into immersive, multi-platform experiences. Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the creative strategy for complex, multi-platform campaigns, presenting and championing ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior designers, motion designers, and creative technologists, fostering innovation and professional growth.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop concepts from initial briefs through final execution, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence.
- Oversee the development and evolution of brand systems, style guides, templates, and scalable design frameworks for AI-driven campaigns and content.
- Manage integrated teams, including copywriters, content designers, AI engineers, and producers, to ensure cohesive storytelling and successful project delivery.
- Drive the strategic development of video pipelines and motion assets, ensuring outputs are modular, scalable, and compatible with generative workflows.
- Lead innovation initiatives, exploring and integrating generative design, animation, and AI tools to enhance creative processes.
- Establish quality standards, optimize workflows, and maintain high creative output across all projects.
Requirements- 8–12 years of progressive experience in design and creative leadership, including agency, studio, or production environments serving enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Proven experience managing and developing creative teams (5+ direct reports preferred), with strong mentorship and leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, brand design excellence, and innovative motion work across digital and video platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in creative direction and technical tools such as After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion prototyping software.
- Experience with generative design tools and AI-powered creative workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in client management, project budgeting, and creative strategy development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating creative vision to diverse stakeholders.
