The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proven Design Sales Manager to lead and elevate our team of high-performing kitchen designers across 20+ states. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through thoughtful design solutions.
You will play a key role in guiding the team toward:
understanding and embracing the company’s goals and mission. while ensuring team members are aligned with company objectives, working together to achieve success.
Optimizing sales performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of professional kitchen designers to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive pipeline performance through strong follow-up strategies and conversion best practices
Coach team members on closing techniques, customer engagement, and design alignment
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Partner cross-functionally with Design Admin, Product, Order Entry, Contractors, and Customer Service
Implement and refine processes to ensure timely and effective customer follow-up
Lead ongoing training and professional development initiatives
What You Bring
5+ years of management experience with a strong track record of hitting sales targets
Experience in commission-driven sales environments
Background in kitchen design, cabinetry, and/or 2020 Design software (preferred)
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and retain top-performing team members
Strong communication skills—able to simplify and present complex ideas clearly
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others
Reliable, organized, and accountable
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Additional Details
This role is remote and available in select states where Cabinets.com is authorized to employ. Candidates must reside in an eligible state to be considered. We are not able to consider candidates located outside the US at this time.
While remote, employees are expected to maintain a dedicated home workspace suitable for a professional office setup. Work schedule and format may evolve based on business needs, and occasional in-office presence may be required at the discretion of Senior Management.
