Role Overview
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized, 1:1 support in both home and community environments in the Wilsonville area.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with daily living tasks (ADLs)
- Establish a consistent, professional relationship
- Support structure, routine, and skill development
- Deliver dependable, respectful, and person-centered care

Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Alternative option: Tuesday – Friday
- Optional Saturday shifts available
Please note: Schedule may be adjusted based on support needs.
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Full-time employees (30+ hours/week) are eligible for:

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with ADLs (hygiene, meals, organization, mobility)
- Assist with community access (appointments, errands, activities)
- Encourage independence and daily life skill development
- Follow individualized support plans and established routines
- Maintain clear, professional communication
- Accurately document services and daily notes
- Collaborate with coordinators and care teams
- Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
- Comfortable assisting with personal care
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in caregiving, DSP, CNA, or related roles
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
- CPR/First Aid certification
