Role Overview

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide individualized, 1:1 support in both home and community environments in the Wilsonville area.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with daily living tasks (ADLs)
  • Establish a consistent, professional relationship
  • Support structure, routine, and skill development
  • Deliver dependable, respectful, and person-centered care

Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Alternative option: Tuesday – Friday
  • Optional Saturday shifts available

Please note: Schedule may be adjusted based on support needs.


Compensation & Benefits

$23–$25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Full-time employees (30+ hours/week) are eligible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with ADLs (hygiene, meals, organization, mobility)
  • Assist with community access (appointments, errands, activities)
  • Encourage independence and daily life skill development
  • Follow individualized support plans and established routines
  • Maintain clear, professional communication
  • Accurately document services and daily notes
  • Collaborate with coordinators and care teams
  • Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment


Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance meeting state requirements
  • Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying)
  • Comfortable assisting with personal care

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in caregiving, DSP, CNA, or related roles
  • Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
  • CPR/First Aid certification
