Your objective:
Play a cornerstone role in D.Luxury’s mission to unlock the potential of our portfolio companies by developing and executing innovative marketing programs that outperform the market and brand expectations.
Your role within the D.Luxury team:
- Lead our team of talented Paid Search team members daily to drive performance across our portfolio.
- Develop and implement the overall paid search media buying acquisition strategy, including planning (audience mix and messaging strategy), execution, and measurement of campaigns all in line with the business objectives.
- Partner with our internal & external partner teams to find areas of opportunity to continuously improve acquisition, ultimately delivering on CPA targets across the funnel, thereby driving highly-qualified traffic to improve CAC and LTV.
- Embrace our personas creation per brand and align messaging and customer journeys across the entire Search ecosystem (Branded, Shopping, PMAX, DemandGen, etc).
- Develop a system for the team to consistently execute A/B experimentation, learning, and appropriate risk-taking to raise the campaign performance bar.
- Perform relentless investigation and monitoring of all media spend daily across the client ecosystem to identify opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Define Main KPIs, create and review tracking reports and discuss ongoing optimization opportunities in weekly meetings. Synthesize data, analyze results, and optimize key findings to achieve business goals & objectives.
- Manage entire portfolio of brands media plans, forecast and funnel spend planning by Quarter.
- Support new client auditing with business development across paid media channels, and specifically Search.
- Define the overall acquisition strategy, including planning (channel mix, audience, and messaging strategy), execution, and measurement of campaigns with paid media and search, all in line with the business objectives.
- Ensure that media and search strategy aligns with Client growth goals.
- Overseeing Media and Search content development and establishing ways of working with support groups internal & external
- Perform relentless investigation and monitoring of all media spend daily across the client ecosystem to identify opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will be an expert in DTC growth marketing within fast-growing startup consumers, ecommerce, and subscription brands. Has a strong track record of delivering impactful growth media buying, on budget, while surpassing KPIs. Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail are a requirement. Having worked in both a digitally native brand (DTC) and an agency environment is a plus.
- BA or MBA preferred with an emphasis in Marketing
- 8+ years combined experience in brand management, DTC brands, digital agency work, and B2C and DTC growth marketing.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for clients or brands
- Expertise in Paid Search strategies, media buying and programmatic opportunities within the Search ecosystem.
- Hands on experience managing Meta marketing strategies, TikTok media buying, and strong performance creative design skills.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Experience managing and leading teams, with strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate 360-degree marketing campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
