About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630
 
Key Compliance Criteria:
  • Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team 
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new engineers -Coordinating induction schedules, documentation, and system access.  Ensuring engineers are fully set up on internal platforms.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements - Ensuring cost-effective and timely bookings to support field operations.
  • Regularly checking that engineers are updating job statuses in real-time.  Flagging discrepancies or delays to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.  Supporting data integrity for performance tracking and client reporting.
  • Ensuring certification is produced within agreed timescales to clients and FM business.
  • Invoicing and producing client application / invoices in line with billing timetable.
  • Raising purchase orders for materials and liaison with test engineers/supervisors.
  • Processing engineer’s timesheets on a weekly monthly basis.
  • General administration, support role to Electrical Compliance Managers and Supervisors.
  • Keeping engineer details up to date on the Electrical Testing Software.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in FM / Building Services Industry
  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office suite, Excel
  • Understanding of CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution.
  • Understanding of contract delivery and commercial implications
  • Disclosure clearance required for role
