Financial Planning Administrator – Manchester City Centre (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH), £35,000

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting financial advisers with client files, new business paperwork and case progression
Communicating with clients and providers—via phone, email and meetings—to keep things moving smoothly
Updating and maintaining client records with accuracy and compliance top of mind
Preparing meeting packs and following up on action points
Processing new business, transfers, switches and withdrawals
Contributing to a team culture of high service standards and continuous learning
What we're looking for:
A proactive Financial Planning Administrator—client-focused, organised and comfortable multitasking
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—and a keen eye for detail
A good IT skill-set, confident using MS Office/Outlook; experience in financial services or an IFA practice is a plus
Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and study support
