This professional position will oversee the financial affairs for Frederick County Workforce Services, to include grants accounting, budget, procurement and contracts, MOUs, etc. The position will analyze and provide accurate reports and projections to the Director, Grants Manager, and Program Managers. Leading and completing the department’s monthly and quarterly state and federal reports and ensuring grants are managed in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations will also be performed. Direction may be given to fiscal and administrative support staff; supervision is received from the Grants Manager.
NOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy. For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate.
