Feldera is turning our breakthrough in incremental computing into a category-defining movement. We’re looking for our founding Senior Product Marketing Manager to bridge product and market, establish our GTM engine, and help define a new category in data infrastructure.
This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role to start: you’ll write, launch, and scale. Early on, you’ll focus on foundational content, launches, and building our community presence. Over time, you’ll expand into strategic positioning, messaging, and broader funnel conversion initiatives.
Build the GTM flywheel: Own execution of our early marketing strategy — content creation, launch campaigns, announcements, and demand gen programs.
Drive launches: Lead product launch planning and execution across website, social, community, and PR.
Create foundational content: Develop blogs, case studies, webinars, and mid-funnel resources that explain our breakthroughs and turn customer wins into demand.
Craft crisp positioning and messaging: Translate deep technical concepts into narratives that resonate with both data engineers and enterprise decision-makers.
Amplify our presence: Grow Feldera’s footprint through events, technical content, and nurturing our early community of data practitioners.
Scale resources: Identify, hire, and manage external agencies or contractors to deliver campaigns and content at speed.
Evolve the function: As we scale, take on strategic positioning for category creation, design full-funnel conversion strategies, and eventually grow into a potential Head of Product Marketing role.
Experienced: 5–10 years in product marketing, experience marketing to developers, and Enterprise preferred.
Industry-savvy: Familiar with the data ecosystem (warehouses, cloud, databases, SQL, streaming, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka etc.) and comfortable engaging deeply with technical teams.
Execution-focused: Hands-on, resourceful, and capable of owning GTM deliverables end-to-end with minimal guidance.
Strong storyteller: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of content or campaigns that drove measurable business results.
AI-powered: Comfortable using modern marketing automation and AI tooling to scale your impact.
Startup-ready: Thrives in ambiguity, proactively creates clarity, and can switch between tactical work and strategic thinking.
Community-minded: Passionate about amplifying technology adoption through community building and thought leadership.
Impact: As our first PMM, you’ll shape the foundation of how we tell our story and bring our breakthrough technology to market.
Growth: Work directly with our founders and have the opportunity to grow into Head of Product Marketing as the company scales.
Category creation: Be at the forefront of defining a new space in real-time data processing, influencing how the industry thinks and buys.
Compensation: Competitive base salary ($150K–$200K) + meaningful equity
