A Game Designer who lives and breathes games. Someone who is ready to lead projects from concept to launch, craft innovative mechanics, and shape unforgettable player experiences.

• Own the game design process from idea to release.
• Create and balance engaging mechanics, systems, and game loops.
• Collaborate with artists, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life.
• Iterate based on playtesting, feedback, and player data.
• Keep designs fresh by staying ahead of industry trends.

• Proven experience leading multiple game projects, ideally in casual/mobile.
• Previous experience working with Unity - advantage.
• Experience working with AI tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• At least one commercially launched game with measurable success.
• Strong ability to invent new mechanics and think across genres.
• Experience from concept through QA, production, and post-launch updates.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creating.
