General Application - Human Resources Consulting & PEO Industry

At BloomHR we work in a remote capacity. We do have a majority of our teammates in the Carolina's currently, and do occasionally have in person events that are encouraged but not required.

We are flexible in how we partner to add value to both our business growth and your professional & personal development. Therefore we entertain conversations about part time, full time, contract, and internship opportunities.

You will work day to day alongside our small but mighty team of 5, with a handful of close partners for other cross collaboration initiatives.

BloomHR is the extension of our clients HR departments, and sometimes their entire HR department. We provide hands-on day-to-day support paired with strategic guidance to strengthen our clients teams, navigate complex decisions, and put the right programs in place to grow.

Our clients trust us with their people strategy, as that is the business strategy. We support senior level strategy, align the right talent in the right seats, and create employee programs to match your culture & business goals.

As we approach our 1 year anniversary and are continuing to scale, we have an increasing need to continue providing strong execution and delivery for our clients.

We like to work with teammates who have a passion, education, and/or experience within the HR world. Interests in HR consulting, operations, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, or administration tend to be successful here! We are strong communicators, love building long lasting relationships, work autonomously within a team environment with internal and external facing responsibilities, and we wear a few hats to keep things interesting & as we grow.

What you’ll gain:
