This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and modern digital design, offering the opportunity to shape visually compelling work for global, digitally driven brands. You will be responsible for translating creative and strategic briefs into impactful visual concepts across social, digital, campaign, and branding touchpoints. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will contribute to end-to-end creative development—from ideation and mood boards to polished final assets. The role demands strong conceptual thinking paired with excellent design execution, ensuring consistency and craft across multiple formats and markets. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while also independently managing creative deliverables across tight timelines. Accountabilities:
- Develop original visual concepts and design directions across branding, campaigns, social media, digital experiences, and marketing communications.
- Interpret creative and strategic briefs to produce engaging design solutions, including mood boards, mock-ups, and presentation-ready creative explorations.
- Design and deliver high-quality assets across multiple channels such as social content, digital ads, presentations, OOH, and branded experiences.
- Build adaptable visual systems and layouts that can scale across formats, platforms, and international markets.
- Apply strong principles of typography, composition, color, storytelling, and motion awareness to elevate design output.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment with brand systems and campaign objectives.
- Prepare final artwork for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and technical quality.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in graphic design within agencies, studios, or fast-paced creative environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craftsmanship, and multi-platform design execution.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Google Slides.
- Solid understanding of branding, integrated campaigns, digital content, and social-first design principles.
- Familiarity with motion design fundamentals, interaction design, and modern digital experiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Veo, or similar platforms is a plus.
