Accountabilities
- Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media.
- Design projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation.
- Establish creative direction within brand guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with proven expertise in relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
