Core Responsibilities:Ā 

  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan sales, including but not limited to, plan illustrations, proposals, fee comparisons and document change requestsĀ 

  • Reviews and accurately documents changes directed by clients and internal teamĀ 

  • Develops and applies continuously growing product and process knowledge to effectively anticipate and meet growth team needs and industry standardsĀ 

  • Communicates effectively with partners, clients, external and internal customers to identify and resolve issues including but not limited to training and procedural gaps and assists in resolving with appropriate resource(s)Ā 

  • Prepares outgoing mail and outgoing packages for Growth team via UPS or FedExĀ 

  • Approaches every customer contact either by mail, email, or telephone as a personal opportunity to: 1.) Demonstrate the value PAi brings to the relationship and 2.) Provide professional, personalized service to the customer that exceeds expectationsĀ 

  • Maintains extensive working knowledge of sales CRM, regularly generating reports for the Sales team, Marketing, Senior Leadership Team, and other departments as neededĀ 

  • Assists with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating complex activities such as team presentations, communications, conferences, video conferences, meetings, webinars, trade shows, department activities, celebrations, and other eventsĀ 

  • Creates and maintains Sales Team proceduresĀ 

  • Manages and maintains CRM alongside the Salesforce AdministratorĀ 

  • Manages key sales applications including the configuration, operation, and integration of sales softwareĀ 

  • Leads marketing data and analytics efforts including management, measurement, and manipulation of data while working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team to drive sales strategyĀ 

  • Provides back-up to the Growth Support Specialist as neededĀ 

Job Requirements:Ā 

  • Regular attendance and punctualityĀ 

  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a teamĀ 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change driven environmentĀ 

  • Adherence to all company policies and proceduresĀ 

Minimum Qualifications:Ā 

  • High school diploma or equivalentĀ 

  • 2 years of experience working in a customer services admirative or sales roleĀ 

  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookĀ 

  • Accountable and detail oriented, with strong analytical, multitasking and mathematical abilitiesĀ 

  • Strong professional communication technique and etiquetteĀ 

Preferred Qualifications:Ā 

  • Associates Degree in business related fieldĀ 

  • Bilingual in English and SpanishĀ 

  • Financial Industry experienceĀ
