We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation, automation, and email marketing efforts. This role is responsible for setting up, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid ads, email, and cross-channel marketing campaigns across various social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in HubSpot and experienced in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and performance tracking to drive high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & CRM (HubSpot Focused)

  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
  • Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing sequences to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of marketing efforts.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
  • Design automated email sequences for different stages of the funnel.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
  • Paid Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize for lead quality and cost efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Campaign Reporting & Optimization

  • Continuously analyze and refine paid campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular reports with recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, sales, and design teams to align messaging and strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in paid marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC channels.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (automation, workflows, reporting, and email marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and marketing funnels.
