This position is designated as remote.
Exception: Candidates residing within commuting distance of our Austin, TX; Aliso Viejo, CA; or Dublin, OH offices will be classified as hybrid employees and required to work on-site three (3) days per week, consistent with company policy.

Responsibilities

-Partner with HRIS and People Analytics team members to support data readiness and system accuracy.

-Learn and apply compensation and workforce concepts (such as job leveling, market pricing, and pay ranges) over time with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

-2–4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, HR operations, finance, or a related analytical role.

-Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).

-Experience working with structured datasets and performing data validation or reporting.

-Curiosity and willingness to learn compensation concepts, market data analysis, and job pricing.

-Familiarity with HR systems or reporting tools (HRIS, Excel-based reporting, BI tools) is a plus.

-Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

-Clear written and verbal communication skills.
