In this role, you will act as a strategic HR advisor supporting business leaders in aligning people strategies with organizational goals across a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will play a key role in shaping workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives that directly impact business performance and employee experience. Working closely with leadership teams and HR centers of excellence, you will help design and implement scalable people programs that support growth, transformation, and operational excellence. This position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a highly dynamic and distributed organization. You will use data-driven insights to guide decision-making on talent, engagement, and organizational health. It is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence leadership effectiveness and company culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead and support core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Use people analytics and data insights to assess organizational health, identify risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies, and programs that support business growth and transformation.
  • Coach and support leaders in building high-performing, engaged teams and managing talent effectively.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and centers of excellence to ensure consistent and integrated HR delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, global, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management at senior leadership level.
  • Proven ability to use HR analytics and people data to inform decisions and drive organizational improvements.
  • Experience developing and scaling HR frameworks, performance management systems, and talent strategies.
  • Strong background in employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Ability to work across global, distributed teams with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a strong executive presence.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
