As an HR Investigator you will spend your time conducting unbiased workplace investigations related to employee misconduct. These investigations could include allegations of discrimination, workplace violence, retaliation, sexual harassment, reasonable suspicion, and theft. You will develop interview questions, prepare comprehensive investigative reports with objective findings, and draft disciplinary letters and related correspondence based on the evidence obtained during the investigation process. Your active listening skills will be critical as you will interview complainants, respondents, witnesses, and other involved parties and assess information for relevance and credibility.
