Perform advisory activities with prospective clients (i.e. claimants) which facilitate Impairment Evaluation (IE) practice operations
Qualifications
- High school graduate; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of the EEOICPA program and key stakeholders’ operating practices (e.g. DOL Resource Centers) is strongly preferred -. Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English.
- Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction.
- Previous experience in sales is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate must be able to influence and motivate prospective clients to complete a process (minimize “fallout”)
- Diligently maintains claimant contact records in Salesforce
- Follows established policies and processes for claimant follow up
- Offers subject matter expertise and creativity in helping claimants whose circumstances lie outside of established processes
- Utilize strong phone skills – this role requires extensive time on the phone, but is not considered a Call Center position
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants
- Build strong relationships with team members in the PCM Marketing organization (CWP Help Center, Outreach Coordinators), IE Navigators, and IE physicians.
Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability
- Liaising with PCM‘s Navigators to facilitate smooth transitions from the Auth process to scheduling of claimants for their appointment
- Educating prospective IE clients on the benefits to them of an Impairment Evaluation
- Sending written correspondence to claimants to obtain necessary clinical information ahead of the IE appointment
- Obtain test results, medical records and other information necessary for the Impairment Physician to perform the Impairment Evaluation
- Schedule the IE, where in-person or over the phone
- Look for opportunities to engage claimants regarding PCM Home Care services when appropriate
The typical base pay range for this role is USD $26.00 - $36.00 Hourly.
Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
