As an Inside Sales & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Arxada’s customer experience and supporting our ongoing growth trajectory. In this role, you will help drive our commercial success by enabling smooth sales operations, building strong relationships, and delivering the exceptional service our customers rely on. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives, account managers, the Distribution Manager, and cross‑functional partners to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey. Essential Job Functions
Process priority inside‑sales transactions for customers generating under $50,000 in annual sales, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for continued development and closure.
Partner with the Distribution Manager and channel partners to coordinate trials for new customer leads and prospects.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer interaction records, sales activities, and transactions in CRM systems.
Work cross‑functionally with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and resolution of customer issues.
Prepare and distribute sales performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Support lead generation and qualification efforts through research and outbound outreach.
Maintain product catalogs, pricing sheets, and promotional materials.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to meet customer demand.
Provide administrative support for sales meetings, presentations, and internal or external events.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales environments.
Familiarity with ERP platforms and order‑management tools.
Knowledge of products, applications, or services in the Paints & Coatings industry.
The expected salary range for this role is $75.000,00 - $95.000,00, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short‑term incentive bonus and is offered with benefits including a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
