Job Title: IT Support Analyst Full-Time | Remote (Must be located in the Mountain Standard Time zone)Eligible States: CO, WY, UT, MT, AZ, NM (MST-based locations only)Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000, based on experience About the Role Sequel Insurance Agencies is seeking a skilled and service-driven IT Support Analyst to deliver exceptional end-user support across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and being a trusted technology partner in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will serve as a frontline IT resource, supporting employees with day-to-day technical needs, business applications, and devices—while ensuring a positive, reliable technology experience. The right candidate is approachable, organized, resourceful, and thrives in a collaborative, people-first culture. Location Requirement: To best support our teams, candidates must be located within the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues Log, track, prioritize, and document incidents and service requests using ticketing systems Communicate clearly with users and escalate issues when appropriate Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment deployment Assist with system updates, hardware refreshes, and IT projects Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records Follow IT security policies and best practices to protect sensitive company information What You Bring Core Technical Skills Microsoft 365 & Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Working knowledge of Windows operating systems Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN) Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools Soft Skills That Matter Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills Clear written and verbal communication Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 2–5 years of experience in end-user support, help desk, or IT support roles Proven ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues independently Job Environment & Conditions Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, hear, and use hands and arms Occasionally required to stand and walk Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Work Environment: Moderate noise level typical of a professional office or remote setting Occasional national travel may be required on an as-needed basis Why Join Sequel Insurance Agencies At Sequel, we believe great people build great businesses.
