Your work will directly contribute to improving retention, engagement, and overall user transformation.

Accountabilities:

  • Create intuitive, visually refined, and highly usable interfaces that improve user engagement and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate complex user and product challenges into clear, elegant design solutions grounded in user needs and data.
  • Lead and conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate and refine concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to align design direction with product strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of design specifications.
  • Champion design excellence and consistency across the product while promoting a user-centered culture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design within consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products that delivered meaningful user and business impact.
  • Experience across the full design lifecycle, including research, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments, ideally within startup or scale-up settings.
  • Strong visual design skills combined with a deep understanding of usability principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • User-obsessed mindset with a strong ability to balance intuition, feedback, and data-driven insights.
  • Bonus: experience in fitness, wellness, iOS app design, or growth-focused product design.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Fully remote flexibility within aligned time zones.
  • Provision of new equipment and tools to support productivity.
  • Free product membership for employees and their families.
  • Access to fitness facilities and studio resources depending on location.
