Baptist Health is looking for a Learning System Administrator to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN
The Learning System Administrator supports the organization’s learning platforms by creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting courses, learning structures, and user data within the LMS. This role partners with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate learning data, reliable system performance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain courses, programs, and learning structures in the LMS
- Manage user enrollments, completions, and training data
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LMS users
- Assist with system testing, course quality assurance, and reporting

Requirements
- Two years experience supporting or administering an LMS, preferably Saba and / or Workday Learning
- Associate's degree in related field required, bachelor's degree preferred (4 plus years in learning operations and delivery including LMS administrations can be substituted)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Prefer familiarity with authoring tools, data visualization, and automation.
