The Senior Associate, Marketing Operations, supports the execution of marketing projects by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring timely delivery of assigned initiatives. This role streamlines processes to improve team efficiency, uses dashboards to monitor utilization and campaign performance – applying knowledge of multichannel marketing campaigns to coordinate activities effectively and provide informed recommendations for improvement. The Senior Associate, Marketing Operations also serves as the administrator of the project management platform to enable effective collaboration and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
• Workflow System Administration: Act as power administrator for Wrike (or equivalent workflow platform), managing system configuration, templates, permissions, and adoption. Escalate issues to the leader as needed.
• Project Management: Manage project oversight for assigned marketing initiatives, providing status updates and escalating risks or roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery. Leverage understanding of multichannel marketing campaigns to anticipate needs, connect workflows, and recommend solutions that drive efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Support vendor processes including onboarding, invoicing, contracts, and compliance tracking.
• Process Support: Assist with implementing and improving workflows (e.g., annual planning, campaign processes). Develop project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing team members. Develop and maintain playbooks and process documents.
• Performance Monitoring: Use dashboards to monitor utilization, campaign performance, and ROI; provide input to managers for reporting.
• Reporting: Support preparation of operational reports, summaries, and QBR inputs.
• Internal & Enterprise Operations: Contribute to onboarding/offboarding processes, team communications and meetings, and administration of enterprise marketing tools/resources

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of marketing operations or related experience.
• Experience supporting or managing components of multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, paid media, email, etc.) preferred.

Core Skills & Competencies
• Workflow Management Systems: Proficiency in Wrike (or similar platforms), with ability to support workflow templates, permissions, and team usage.
• Process Improvement Support: Ability to identify opportunities for workflow efficiency and support implementation.
• Performance Monitoring: Skilled in reviewing dashboard data to provide accurate insights to managers.
• Marketing Campaigns: Familiar with the tactics and components of integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns to enable effective project management and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across marketing teams by coordinating timelines, removing blockers, and supporting smooth project delivery.
• Communication: Clear and concise reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Innovation & Change Management: Ability to leverage automation, AI, and new tools to improve efficiency.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,750 - $132,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
