Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is seeking a Partnership Growth Specialist to help grow and strengthen our client partnerships. We’re looking for someone who thrives on connection, curiosity, and follow-through, a natural relationship-builder who gets energy from making things happen. You’ll join our Growth Engine team, working alongside marketing and business development leaders to support long-term client growth, uncover new opportunities, and bring structure to fast-moving work.

This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn how marketing and business strategy intersect. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage details that keep momentum strong, and see your impact show up in real outcomes, stronger partnerships, clearer communication, and measurable growth. If you’re reading closely, include one brand, tool, or event you’d be most excited to represent in your application (“Is there anything else you'd like us to know about your experience?”). We love working with people who bring energy, initiative, and curiosity to every interaction.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Set the Tone: You bring energy and clarity into every conversation. Even when things get tough, you make work feel doable, not draining.
  • Own the Outcome: You don’t just check boxes. You make sure the work connects to the bigger goal and moves projects forward.
  • Keep Growing: You stay curious, adapt quickly when things change, and see every challenge as a chance to get better.
  • We > Me: You believe great work is a team sport. You give credit generously, assume positive intent, and celebrate shared wins.
