  • Administer onboarding and offboarding workflows for employees and contractors, coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
  • Collaborate with the global People Team, IT & Corporate Security, Finance & Control, and Executive Leadership to provide timely and accurate administrative support
  • Support implementation of new tools and systems (e.g., vendor intake, helpdesk setup, internal knowledge base updates, HRIS add-ons & tooling)
  • Monitor and support accurate payroll data entry, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and time off tracking
  • Improve People team processes and systems to boost efficiency and enhance the employee experience
  • Support the global People strategy through cross-functional collaboration, ad hoc projects, and ongoing implementation efforts
  • Serve as a resource for employees and internal teams, responding to inquiries through our People team email and helping embed a self-service mindset
  • Be an ambassador for our culture and values, consistently building awareness and connection with business partners, team members, and role modeling for the People function

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a related operational support role
  • Administrative experience in HR, People Ops, or similar business functions
  • Highly organized with consistent attention to detail and document accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and PEO experience is preferred (BambooHR, Justworks, Deel a plus)
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus
  • Effective and confident communicator with strong time management and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • U.S.-based, located in the Eastern Time Zone, or in the UK
