Job Description Summary

Responsible to manage a group of associates and the day to day activities of the team for a specific functional or geographical area that supports the Portfolio Administration Service Line. The associate manager is also responsible for overseeing the day to day activities at the client level and being the first point of escalation for any questions or concerns that arise from the client or senior leadership.

Job Description

EssentialĀ functionsĀ andĀ responsibilitiesĀ 

  • Manage all Portfolio Administration services for a multitude of accountsĀ 

  • Oversee associates and operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is completed and deadlines are metĀ 

  • Provide leadership to staff with the goal of maximizing technology resources and improving processesĀ 

  • Provide direction, coaching, and career development to assigned staffĀ 

  • Provide new team integration and recruiting support including the interviewing and onboarding processĀ 

  • Develop training and ensure all training and continuing education needs are met for each associateĀ Ā 

  • Create andĀ maintainĀ trust and strong relationships with team members, leadership, and clientsĀ 

  • Ensure account needs are met while following the scope outlined in the client service agreementsĀ 

  • Complete monthly billing for Portfolio Administration services for assigned clientsĀ 

  • Provide superior client service to internal and external clientsĀ 

  • RecommendĀ new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvements in efficiency of services performedĀ 

  • Continuously seek business expansion opportunities with existing clients and develop those opportunitiesĀ 

  • Outline or oversee the continuous updates to the process playbooksĀ 

  • ProvideĀ timelyĀ andĀ accurateĀ reporting to senior leadership and clientsĀ 

  • Handle or oversee monthly rent and other critical reporting for clients and senior leadershipĀ Ā 

  • Partner with theĀ Transition and Abstraction/Quality Control teams to onboard new accounts quickly and smoothlyĀ 

  • Provide regular feedback to leadershipĀ regardingĀ issues, challenges, and areas forĀ additionalĀ focusĀ 

  • Execute special projects as assigned by senior leadershipĀ 

  • Collaborate with other divisions and Client entities including Transaction Management, Facilities Management, Construction/Design, legal, etc. as neededĀ 

  • Support andĀ assistĀ with department and companywide initiatives and ensure company standards are implemented, met, and maintainedĀ 

  • Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlinesĀ 

  • Stay up to date on the latest industry standards and trendsĀ

The compensation for the position is: $ 55,250.00 - $65,000.00
