What You Will Do
 

As a Presentation & Visual Communications Designer, you will elevate how the company communicates through high-impact PowerPoint presentations. You’ll design scalable presentation systems while delivering bespoke, high-stakes decks for sales, executives, investors, and customer-facing teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable PowerPoint templates for sales, RFPs, QBRs, and internal executive presentations

  • Create reusable slide frameworks, layouts, iconography, charts, and data-visual standards aligned with brand guidelines

  • Develop and evolve presentation design standards, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, and animation

  • Design custom, high-visibility decks for executive leadership, investors, strategic customers, and key events

  • Translate complex or unstructured content into clear, persuasive visual stories

  • Use motion and animation thoughtfully to enhance clarity and impact

  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Executive stakeholders

  • Raise the overall quality and consistency of presentations across the organization through systems, guidance, and feedback

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3–6 years of experience in visual, brand, or presentation design 

  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills (this is non-negotiable) 

  • Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, and data visualization 

  • Experience designing both templates and custom decks 

  • Comfort working from imperfect inputs and tight timelines 

  • A portfolio that includes presentation or slide-based work 
     

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Experience supporting sales, execs, or investor communications 

  • Familiarity with animation and transitions in PPT (or motion principles from other tools) 

  • Experience working within a brand system (not just one-off creative) 

  • Figma / Adobe proficiency for upstream design work
