About Trustana
Modern commerce runs on product data. Trustana is the AI-native platform that transforms messy, fragmented catalogs into structured, AI-ready data at scale.
We’re Temasek-backed and work with 40+ enterprise retailers across APAC, the Middle East, and the US. Our focus is simple: build the foundation layer for agentic commerce, where AI systems can operate on clean, reliable product data.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can make complex systems feel simple.
This is not a pixel-polishing role. You’ll be working on data-heavy workflows, AI-assisted systems, and enterprise use cases where clarity matters more than decoration.
You’ll own problems end-to-end, from understanding user workflows to shipping real product.
What You’ll Do
- Own product design from start to finish, problem framing, flows, UI, and shipped features
- Turn complex B2B workflows (catalogs, enrichment rules, AI outputs) into intuitive experiences
- Design systems, not just screens, think in patterns that scale across the platform
- Work closely with product and engineering to prototype fast and ship weekly
- Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Make, etc.) as part of your daily workflow
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of product design experience (B2B SaaS, enterprise, or data-heavy tools preferred)
- A portfolio that shows strong product thinking and UX — not just visual design
- Strong Figma skills, you should be fast and structured
- Experience designing complex workflows (dashboards, data tools, multi-step flows)
- Comfortable working with ambiguity — you don’t wait for perfect specs
- Already using AI tools in your workflow (or actively experimenting)
Why Trustana?
- Small team, high ownership. Your work ships fast and matters
- Real problems. Design how teams use AI-generated product data
- AI-native workflow. Tools like Cursor and Claude are part of daily work
- Work closely with engineers. Understand constraints, not just visuals
- Direct access to customers and leadership. No layers
- Shape the product, not just the UI
